Heat Shrink Cap can be used to
protect cable ends against electrical/mechanical disturbances and external factors
attributed to use environments.
Heat Shrink Caps are transparent color and have
high shrinkage rates.
Heat Shrink Cap is an irradiated cross-linked,
thermally-stabilized, flexible polyolefin heat-shrinkable cap.
When heated, the caps shrink in the radial direction, offering protection to cable ends
against electrical and mechanical disturbances. They can also be used for other purposes,
such as keeping dust and moisture away delicate equipment and other structures.
The main features are as follows:
Halogen-free product
Shrinks to up to one-third in the radial
direction. Fits to the objects of various shapes with outer diameters ranging 4 to 10
mm.
Excellent heat resistance. Can be used
continuously in temperatures up to 105 degrees C.
Transparent Color. Inside of the cap is easily
seen.
Thickness before shrinkage is 0.6 mm, ensuring
excellent mechanical strength.
High flexibility is observed even after
shrinkage.
